TrkB is a receptor tyrosine kinase agonized by brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), neurotrophin 3 and 4 (NT-3, NT-4).  It is critical for nerve growth, survival and differentiation and has been linked to several forms of cancer. Our SmartScreen™ TrkB kit contains our His-tagged TrkB complete intracellular domain enzyme, TDA 2.0™, reaction buffers, and substrate.  The kit is available in three sizes for assay of 1000, 5000, or 30,000  data points (384-well wells).
