TrkA, also known as neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor type 1 (NTRK1), is a high-affinity receptor for nerve growth factor (NGF) and is an important factor for pain sensations. It also has been linked to several forms of cancer. Our SmartScreen™ IGF kit contains our His-tagged TrkA complete intracellular domain enzyme, TDA 2.0™, reaction buffers, and substrate.  The kit is available in three sizes for assay of 1000, 5000, or 30,000  data points (384-well wells).
